We are looking for a talented freelance researcher from an executive search background to use their skills in-house. You will work closely with the Talent Manager and the company Directors to spearhead the delivery of high-profile external hires in the digital media and healthcare communications industries. You will use your sourcing experience to map markets, provide business critical market intelligence, and successfully identify and make contact with high-value individuals from competitor agencies. Your primary goal will be the creation and management of talent pipelines for both current and upcoming requirements within the business.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background with a strong track record in headhunting and networking for candidates in the healthcare communications and digital media sectors. You will need to demonstrate a proactive, assertive, resourceful, and target-driven nature, and the determination to succeed whatever the challenge.

After two years of difficult market conditions, this is an extremely rare and rewarding opportunity for a search professional looking for a challenge. We are offering an initial 3-month part-time contract (1 day a week), with a view to extend this dependent on performance. The salary is negotiable, dependent on qualifications for the role.
